Most bar software tells you what was recorded. The money goes missing in the gap between what was recorded and what was poured — a round rung up as one drink, a void after the cash was taken, a bottle written off as broken. This is built to close that gap, and to show you every table, every drink and every naira across every venue while it happens.
Every drink has a name on it
Shared tablets switch staff with a PIN in one tap, so an order is attributed to whoever actually poured it — not to whoever signed in at six o’clock.
History that cannot be edited
Sales, payments and stock movements are appended, never changed. A correction is a new entry. The audit trail is hash-chained, so altering it breaks the chain visibly — and nobody, including you, can delete from it.
The arithmetic that finds the gap
Opening plus received equals sold plus waste plus closing. Blind counts at shift open and close attribute any shortfall to a shift, a counter and the staff who were on it.
Authority where it belongs
A bartender cannot void a served drink alone. A supervisor approves it with their PIN, on the device or from anywhere, and the approval is recorded with the reason and the two names.
Works when the internet does not
A small box in the venue keeps every tablet trading through an outage, and the whole night reconciles when the line comes back. Nothing is lost and nothing double-counts.
Books that balance themselves
Every payment posts a balanced double-entry journal to per-venue accounts, so revenue, tax, cash, POS and each bartender’s outstanding collections are always live rather than reconstructed at month end.
Built for a bar, not adapted from a shop
A 35ml shot deducts 35ml from a 750ml bottle. A tablet on a wet counter has targets you can hit with a gloved thumb. Dark by default, because bars are dim. Prices in your own currency at its own number of decimal places — including the ones that have none.
